Deleting a Ticket

How to Delete

  1. Open the ticket you want to delete.
  2. Click Delete in the actions bar.
  3. Confirm the deletion in the prompt that appears.

Soft Delete

Tickets are soft deleted — they disappear from all ticket lists and search results, but the underlying data is preserved in the database. This means the audit trail and linked records are not permanently destroyed.

caution

Deleted tickets cannot be recovered from the UI. Contact your administrator if a ticket needs to be restored.
